The Riserva dello Zingaro beaches rank among the best in Sicily and there are few places in Italy that have such a concentration of them in so small an area.
In an area that is blessed with spectacular coastal scenery, the Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro provides one of the most popular days out in Sicily. There are really two types of day you can have here: one is to take the coastal hiking route where you'll pass the beaches along the way, and the other is to simply take off your boots, get your swimming costume out and bathe in the crystalline waters of your chosen beach. |
The two most famous beaches in the reserve are Cala Capreria and Cala Tonnarella dell'Uzzo but some of the others are just as beautiful and part of the fun is working your way around to find which one you like best.
